The Lay Pastoral Care Ministry: Is presently in need of individual meals for the freezer in the Hall. The need continues year round. Containers or freezer bags, labelled as to content and whether allergen free (e.g. gluten, lactose, nut) may be brought to church on Sunday morning, or to the office during Jessica’s regular hours.
The St. Barnabas Elders’ Network is out to lunch! Join us for a POT LUCK LUNCH on Thursday, August 17th, from Noon to 2 p.m. at the home of Jane Turner, 209-1012 Collinson Street in the Fairfield area, Please contact Jane to RSVP. If you are unable to bring anything, you are very welcome nonetheless – there will be plenty for all. Transportation will be provided if needed. Please let us know. There may be no free lunch, but this is near enough!

Save the dates! Sister Jeannie Lynne will be taking her vows on September 21st in the New Jerusalem Chapel at Christ Church Cathedral, 7pm. Mother Meagan Crosby-Shearer will be inducted as Rector at St. Matthias October 16th. Please pray for them as they fulfill their vocation.
